 Earth and Sky Yoga Studio in the Inner West suburb of Marrickville, provides a space of beauty and a sanctuary for the practice of yoga for all levels of student, from beginner to experienced. In our classes care is given to physical alignment during each pose to help students find their optimal place of balance, strength and flexibility. By applying these intelligent alignment principles to the body, students are introduced to the deeply therapeutic power possible from yoga. We incorporate a life affirming Tantric philosophy to encourage students to connect with their heart and to be light and playful as they practice. We respect and honour each student’s unique abilities and limitations with classes that are adaptable and supportive. At our studio we place a strong emphasis on creating a community of students who come together to share the joy of their practice and are dedicated to uplifting and supporting each other along the path.
